Broadway Vision Plan

A new phase is underway for New York City’s Broadway Vision Plan, a proposal to transform Broadway into a more pedestrian-friendly street. I interviewed a CUNY Professor — who is also a member of Adams’ ‘New’ New York Panel — and spoke to New Yorkers on the street.
